When we were approached by the Human Resources department at Rede Globo to create the website for the “Balanço PGP” program, we suggested incorporating a game to make the information engaging and fun.
The concept aimed to encourage employees to read content from various departments within the company and then complete an online crossword puzzle with keywords from each department. Those who answered all the questions correctly were eligible to enter a prize draw.
The outcome was so well-received that the company wanted to replicate the model in subsequent years and explore new game formats.
