Internal Communication Game

About the project

Aldeia won the bid to create a microsite aimed at disseminating Petrobras’ vision for 2020 among its employees.

In addition to the galleries of text, photos, and videos outlined in the brief, we suggested creating a game to test employees’ understanding of the company’s main guidelines.

We developed a game in which employees had to answer questions based on information provided on the microsite. The company was highly pleased with the level of engagement the game generated.
