In this project for Petrobras’ press department intranet, we conducted an initial project envisioning phase, during which we interviewed professionals from key departments, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s main business processes, inputs, and outputs.
We then created the “Press Room,” a tool that became an integral part of the daily routine for journalists in Brazil’s largest press department. Through this intranet, company press officers began to log their interactions with major media outlets in Brazil, track tasks, and send press communications, providing a precise managerial view of the department’s activities.
