Our warriors were already skilled in the art of creating websites when commercial internet became popular in Brazil, even before we became Aldeia. Here at the agency, we have developed projects for dozens of clients of various sizes and industries, including portals, institutional websites, e-commerce sites, event websites, and landing pages.
The creation of websites involves important stages, such as project vision and understanding the client’s requirements, information architecture, web design, front-end and back-end development, and testing.
Content Management Systems (CMS) are tools that offer native functionalities common in content websites, such as text posting, image uploading, social media sharing, user access control, among others.
At Aldeia, we use different tools for website development, such as WordPress (PHP), SharePoint (Microsoft), Lumis, and Umbraco (.NET).
In cases where a project has specific requirements that a particular CMS doesn’t meet, we opt to develop custom tools using .NET or PHP.
Some websites also require content updates and ongoing maintenance after their launch, and this task is also part of our Aldeia’s domain. Our maintenance model is based on a bank of hours that we establish according to the client’s estimated needs. Generally, we set a monthly number of hours, but we have flexibility to work with quarterly or semi-annual hour banks. In some cases, this bank can also be used for graphic design requests.
